The large end of this connector fits into Schedule 20 PVC, while the smaller end attaches to any 4" dust hose. Note regarding Schedule 20 PVC: The term "Schedule 20" merely refers to the wall thickness of the pipe. When inquiring at your local sources, it is best to ask for thin wall sewer/drainage pipe (rather than asking for "Schedule 20"). It may be difficult to find this pipe via online sources as it is typically sold in 10 ft. lengths.
